43, of Mentor, died October 16, 2020 at Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby. He was born March 1, 1977 in Euclid. Rich enjoyed nature, gaming, the company of cats, and being with his loving family. Survivors include his mother, Eileen Hauser; father, Richard Hauser Sr.; sister, Trisha Hauser; aunts, Kathleen (Warren) Ludwig, Lillian Wallace, and Marian (Marty) Nesta; uncles, Alfred (Lonnie) Wallace, and Jeffrey (Kathy) Hauser; special cousins Frank Malainy Jr., Michael Malainy and many other loving cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at the Brunner Sanden Deitrick Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8466 Mentor Ave., Mentor, OH 44060. A funeral Mass of Christian Burial for Richard will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, October 22, 2020 at St. John Vianney Church, 7575 Bellflower Rd., Mentor, OH 44060 (Please meet at the church.)
